Delete Your Account
You can request to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This includes your profile, chat history, and health reports.
Request deletion
Have the app or your password? Sign in and choose Delete Account to remove it immediately.
What happens next
- We process deletion requests within 24 hours.
- In the DocBee app you can also delete your account yourself from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Certain medical records, transaction information, and legal logs may be retained for periods required by Bangladesh law — see section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
