These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the DocBee mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by DOCBEE (“DocBee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

DocBee is a technology facilitator that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals via video consultations.
DocBee is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made solely by the participating healthcare professionals.
Healthcare professionals using the Platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their clinical judgments, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, and medical decisions.
DO NOT USE DOCBEE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation or urgent medical crisis, immediately contact local emergency services (e.g., 999 in Bangladesh) or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the service only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Healthcare professionals must provide valid government-issued licenses and certifications.
DocBee reserves the right to verify these credentials but does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party licensing boards.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must promptly notify DocBee of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

Healthcare professionals using DocBee must maintain all required licenses, comply with applicable Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) regulations, protect patient confidentiality, and provide healthcare services in accordance with applicable professional standards and medical ethics.
Consultation quality may be affected by internet connectivity, device compatibility, power interruptions, or other technical limitations beyond DocBee's control.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party due to emergencies, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Prescriptions issued through the Platform are prepared solely by the treating Healthcare Professional. DocBee does not modify, approve, endorse, or guarantee any prescription or treatment recommendation.
Fees for consultations are paid via integrated third-party payment gateways such as SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, or Credit/Debit cards.
Payments for healthcare consultation services are processed through authorized third-party payment providers in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Refund requests are subject to review and verification by DocBee.
DocBee may charge a service fee per transaction, which will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Applicable taxes, VAT, platform fees, or other charges will be displayed before payment confirmation where required.

All trademarks, logos, software, content, graphics, text, designs, and intellectual property associated with DocBee remain the exclusive property of DocBee or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Medical records generated through consultations remain subject to applicable healthcare regulations. Patients may access their records where permitted by law. Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, taxation, fraud prevention, or medical record retention requirements. Access to medical records may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the DocBee Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
DocBee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the Platform, or otherwise threaten the safety, security, or integrity of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocBee shall not be liable for any medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, treatment outcome, or personal injury resulting from consultations facilitated through the Platform.
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific consultation in dispute.
DocBee does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Platform.
DocBee shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations before initiating legal proceedings where permitted by law.
DocBee may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
